My fitness journey started with dance. Although I never thought of it as fitness, I just loved to dance. When I got to college, I started weightlifting. When I moved to Cambridge, I started running and teaching youth dance classes at the YMCA. I have also done triathlons, including Eagleman. Career-wise, I work for IRONMAN as the Race Director for Eagleman and IRONMAN Maryland.
In 2017, I decided I needed something to spice up my fitness routine, so decided to give CrossFit a try. I fell in love after day 1 and haven’t looked back. I became a fitness coach at Heirloom and have become a nutrition coach as well.
When you come to class, I’ll work with you to make sure you are getting the most out of the movements and workout so that you leave feeling happier and more energized (ok, maybe a little tired) than when you came in. My goals are your goals, so let’s work on them together!
